Rockland County Government

Rockland County Government is comprised of 35 departments all of which feature information and resources for residents and businesses. The County Executive is Ed Day who acts as the chief budget officer and chief economic development officer for Rockland County and supervises, directs and controls the administration of all departments of the county government.

Rockland County Industrial Development Agency

The Rockland Industrial Development Agency (IDA) provides a variety of financial incentives to promote the attraction of new businesses to Rockland County, as well as the expansion of existing businesses in the community.

Rockland Business Association

The Rockland Business Association’s mission is to educate, inform, and provide beneficial services to members and actively represent, promote, and support the business community of Rockland County, NY. With more than 1,000 member businesses, the RBA’s services and benefits target the needs of various sectors in the community including the manufacturing, financial and service industries.

Rockland County Small Business Development Center

Rockland Community College’s NY Small Business Development Center (NYSBDC) brings the college into the business community by providing small business owners and entrepreneurs in New York with the highest quality, completely confidential business counseling, training and business research at no cost. The SBDC works with real people and real businesses, like yours, helping to meet challenges, capitalize on opportunity and achieve success.
